Imagine the moment; it’s not quite dark yet, the beach is deserted, in the distance, the sun has set, and it’s oh so still. The waves that normally crash on the beach caress the sand like molten silver. On the horizon, the light remains a soft pale yellow, tinged with the navy blue of the encroaching night sky.
The water creeps closer, not yet high tide erasing the footsteps of the day’s activity. Closer and closer it comes ebbing and flowing, almost with a sigh. Breathing in and out in a mindfulness moment. Take this moment to watch the waves, listen to the music and find your calm.
